Naijagotit [Your campus based entertainment website] got you covered with all the tips of registration in UNIJOS.
Are you confused on what to bring and what not to bring along? Well Naijagotit is here for you. Here are 5 things you will need during registration.
NOTE; University of Jos has 3 operating campuses; Main Camp, Permanent Site and Old Campus, your faculty/venue of registration will fall in any of the aforementioned Campuses.
1.MONEY; As we all know money is the essential of Life, for you to have a smooth registration process, u’ll need money not to bribe lecturers or staff, but for easy and swift movement from one base to another as some of you might be in either Main Camp or Psite and for the processing and printing of your Bio Data and other miscellaneous expenses
2.CREDENTIALS; As you are leaving for registration, pick all your credentials (I mean all) Unijos Can be funny atimes. Pick your Primary School certificate, JAMB result, NECO, WAEC, NABTEC, Admission letter, Scratch cards, State/LGA Indigene Letter etc.
3.ACCOMODATION; For those of you within Jos this might not be an issue, but for those coming from outside Jos metropolis, you will need a place to crash/squad for the meantime before acquiring your own accommodation, this will help you go to the registration ground on time, thereby finishing your registration early and begin preparation for lectures.
4.FEEDING; Food is very essential, am not going to say much on this topic, coz everyone knows the importance of food. Eat well before going to the registration ground or your various faculties, you might be in a queue from morning till noon without finishing even one process which use to be very frustrating especially when you are hungry.
5.COMMUNICATION; Don’t be shy, ask questions and seek for directions, you might end up in the wrong hands, venue/faculty. Some are too shy or too proud to ask questions, they end up roaming about the entire campus all day. ‘’There’s no harm in asking question’’ especially in a new environment.
6.BE EARLY/ DRESS DECENT ; Be at the registration venue very early in order to be amongst the first to be processed. Dress property to avoid intimidating amd harassment.
Having read all these, Naijagotit wishes you a hitch free registration process and a happy matriculation in advance.
